Reports provide read-only access to the information about your business. They are always available in the Reports window. When switching to the reports window, you are presented with a graphical Dashboard view of your business activity. Unlike other lists in the LinkEdge Browser App, the content in reports is not restricted to the top-100 entries. Reports can be very long. There is a special navigation tool bar available above the content of the report.
From left to right, the buttons on this navigation tool bar do the following:
Jump to the first page.Jump to the previous page.(Displays the current page and the page range.) Jump to the next page.Jump to the last page.Specify search text, perform the search, jump to the next instance of that search text.Print the report.Controlling what is displayed
On the left (blue) side of the window, if you click Select Report, you are presented with the list of available reports. Making a selection from that list will cause the report to be displayed in the right side of the window. Most, but not all, of the reports offer filters. This is a mechanism for you to control what is displayed in the report. The most common filters are Start Date and End Date. It is also common to offer a Summary and a Full-Detail version of a report.
When you change the value of a filter on the left side, it is necessary to press the Refresh button to get the report to regenerate with the new filter value(s).
All of the list-based reports (the Dashboard is the execption), can be exported. The "Save as PDF" button will push the data out of the LinkEdge Browser App and into a Portable Document Format (PDF) file. The "Save to Excel" button will similarly push the data into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. In both cases, the resulting files are under your control and may be saved where ever you choose. If you use either of these buttons, you will be prompted: "Do you want to open or save this file?"
